The Croft Cottage is in a small quiet village called Broom in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, which is 7 miles from Stratford upon Avon, and just 10 miles from the Cotswolds. It’s an attractive tranquil spot, and very convenient for all the wonderful areas The Heart of England has to offer.
The village itself has a small river (The Arrow) running through it, two very old half timbered pubs within easy walking distance - both of which serve good food all day - well recommended. It’s only a mile from the famous River Avon and there’s lots of enjoyable walks close at hand, plus riding
stables a few hundred yards away.

The Cottage is perfect for two people and has been finished to an extremely high standard, easily achieving a four star rating by the English Tourist Board. It has a double bedroom with
en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, instant hot water system and full gas central heating for cosy nights in.

There's a secluded private patio garden to enjoy, ample parking for several cars and the property overlooks open countryside. The main local attraction is Stratford upon Avon, Shakespeare’s birth place, and the small villages and
towns along the River Avon.

There's plenty to see and do, including theatres, trips to medieval castles like Warwick & Kenilworth, gardens, Stately Homes, the N.E.C, Cadbury’s World or shopping for antiques and bargains in the small towns and villages around the Cotswolds, the list is endless.

The Cottage is completely detached and self contained with it’s own parking and entrance. The fitted kitchen has a full size gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The lounge/dining room has a 24" flatscreen TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system. There's even a free wireless
broadband internet connection to use!

The first floor bedroom has timber boards, a double bed, dresser, Colour T.V. and the
benefit of a really lovely large en-suite bathroom with full sized bath.
Prices (based on two people sharing) start
from just £275 per week fully inclusive of electricity, gas linen and towels.

"Our stay was a lovely balance between having a good rest in a
comfortable home-from-home, and going out to see a wide range of
interesting places nearby. I can't recommend The Croft Cottage highly
enough. If you like what you see on the Web, do give yourself the
pleasure of experiencing it in person -- at any time of the year!"

"My husband and I spent a few days at The Croft Cottage in the
countryside near Stratford on Avon for our 25th wedding anniversary
recently. We were a 5 minute walk to the river Avon where we soon
found a country pub along the river. We were in heaven! The
accommodation was all new, spacious inside, beautifully appointed with
everything one could want, plus a secluded patio off the kitchen. The
hosts were truly gracious and helped make our anniversary special.
Thanks to Steve and Cathy, we will return soon!"
